How I Changed My Life By Embracing My Evolutionary History & How You Can Too

In October 2013, I experienced a break-up, resulting in my world falling apart. I couldn't see the way out, and I thought, should I start drinking, or was there maybe another way out?

For many years, I didn't care about my health or movement abilities because I didn't know what I knew today and how they'd possibly affect me later in life. So all I wanted was to become a rockstar and play my drums.

Well, my dream was more substantial than my abilities.


I started running, lifting weights and trained TaeKwonDo several days a week to compensate for this emotional pain, five to six days as standard, sometimes 7.


Yes, I got faster, stronger, and more flexible, but I was tired all the damn time!

And after a few years of this madness, I just stopped; I couldn't continue doing it anymore.


I had no goal, no purpose behind it, and I was tired of pushing and competing with myself and others. Sound familiar?


Why is this important?

✅ There are many misconceptions about what we are and what we need in terms of activity and training, trends of all types.

✅ Time scarcity and high intensity often pull people into gyms and classes.

✅ In my eyes, a lot of this is junk, and I don't want you to be involved in it.

✅ I want you to thrive, to enjoy your body as it is the most fantastic and essential tool you have, without having to push it beyond common sense, to have a little bigger muscles.

✅ You seriously don't need to hammer your body to the floor every time you work out.

✅ Neither is a reason to split your body up in parts, simply because it doesn't work that way.

✅ Your body is one single unity without anything working in isolation, ever.

✅ There are still too many people looking at the body as a machine; it's NOT!!

✅ Your overall ability to move is much more important than your ability to perform and push personal records.


So, what changed my life?

In 2013 I was forced through a tough time in my life, but luckily I "found" Movement, and I finally had a purpose/mission with my life again.

I wanted to become a better mover, and eventually, I wanted to teach others.

I achieved both!

There is SO much more to Movement than just lifting weights and eating eggs.


For the last eighteen years, I've been studying Movement on many levels, and here are some of the things I've learned.

✅ Movement is more important than performance and exercise.

✅ Movement is our common denominator and is the biggest asset you have in getting things done; you have to take your ability to move seriously.

✅ Tissue efficiency, energy-saving, and adaptability are potent components of Movement.

✅ Movement is one of the top «best» ways to approach the body for health, life quality, and longevity.
