Who am I?
My name is Kai Kjartan Høgberg, from Norway.
I got trained as a Massage Therapist in 2003. I graduated in Anatomy Structural Integration in 2006, so helping people in pain and movement restrictions has been my career for almost two decades.
I´ve been assisting and teaching other professionals such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, Yoga teachers, personal trainers, and others, nationally and internationally, for several years.
I reside a strong passion for movement; applied in an exploratory, playful and creative way, he tries to inspire his clients and students to play with activity throughout the day, wherever they are.
I have been active in several sports, such as cross country skiing, speed skating, athletics, Tae Kwon Do, and scuba diving. In addition, I have been working with a wide variety of athletes, from novice and up to world champion and Olympic level.
