Foam Rolling is a much-used practice in self-care, but, often it´s presented with an essential ingredient missing.
This "SECRET" ingredient is exactly what I am giving you in this video course.
Why Is This Important?
Self-myofascial release (SMR) is a popular intervention used to enhance a client's myofascial mobility. Standard tools often include the foam roll and roller massager.
Often these tools are used as part of a comprehensive program and are usually recommended to the client to purchase and use at home.
Currently, no systematic reviews have appraised the effects of these tools on joint range of motion, muscle recovery, and performance.
However, that doesn´t mean it's a waste of time using a foam roller, but there are certain things you need to be aware of if you want to increase your chance of succeeding.
An ebook and videos explaining all the essential elements and the number one "SECRET" to increase your success with foam rolling.
Why you should buy this course.
- Muscle and skeletal pain are one of the biggest causes of why people are away from work etc.
- Buying this course will give you valuable knowledge on how to help yourself if you have aches and pains of this character.
- Sometimes you´ll need a professional, but often you can do a lot yourself if you have the right knowledge.
Who Should Buy This Course?
People who want to expand their knowledge by adding some extra tools to their repertoire for self-help.
Who Should Not Buy This Course?
People not wanting to learn more about how they can take their power back by implementing simple tools and strategies into their lives.
Having tools to use is great, but you won't bother if you don´t know how to use them.
I'm not saying foam rolling will fix your posture or cure anything, but knowing the information presented in this ebook and video course won't hurt either.
Remember this: It´s easier to work preventive than to treat.
Inside you´ll also find a video on how to get rid of excessive tensions in your body.
