Who am I?
My name is Kai, and I am from Norway.
I was trained as a Massage Therapist in 2003. I graduated in Anatomy Structural Integration in 2006, so helping people in pain and movement restrictions has been my career for almost two decades.
I've been assisting and teaching other professionals such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, Yoga teachers, personal trainers, and others, nationally and internationally, for several years.
I reside a strong passion for movement, applied in an exploratory, playful and creative way. I try to inspire my clients and students to play with activities throughout the day, wherever they are. I have been active in several sports, such as cross country skiing, speed skating, athletics, Tae Kwon Do, and scuba diving.
I have been working with various athletes, from novice and up to world champion and Olympic level.
